Cornell was the first U.S. university to allow undergraduates to borrow books from its libraries.
Claudia has been a newspaper editor, a magazine editor, and a radio news reporter. A graduate of Ithaca College, she joined Cornell University Communications in 2000 as an editor, then writer, with what was then the Office of Publication Services.
